StudClub is co-founded and led by two men who live what they teach:

Connor Budden

• Level 3 Personal Trainer

• Level 2 Fitness Instructor
• Level 2 Football Coach
• Over 500 days sober

Connor was born into fitness — pushed from a very young age and raised with a performance mindset.

He excelled in track and field, especially in the 100m, 200m, and 400m, with the 400m being his strongest event. That sprint-endurance blend now fuels his explosive power and stamina in StudClub’s most intense sessions — particularly the infamous Man Killer, where sprinting under pressure becomes a mental warzone.

Connor also played and excelled in football from a young age, earning a place at the Bournemouth School of Excellence. A natural-born goalscorer, he dominated the scoring charts year after year — consistently finishing seasons at the top. He went on to play at semi-professional level, bringing pace, precision, and a ruthless edge to the pitch.

He represented his school every year in town sports and cross-country, dominating both sprint and long-distance events, and was crowned Overall Sports Day Champion from Year 7 to Year 11 — a testament to his natural ability and relentless work ethic.

After leaving school, Connor trained to join the Royal Marines, one of the most elite military forces in the world. During the application process, he clocked a 7:28 for the 1.5-mile (2.4km) test — a time that reflects elite-level fitness and mental focus. Although he ultimately chose a different career path, the discipline and mindset gained from that experience became part of his foundation.

Connor is a rare hybrid athlete — combining serious strength and power with high-level sprint and endurance performance.

At 94kg, he can:

• Bench press: 160kg
• Deadlift: 250kg
• Squat: 180kg
• Run a sub-20 minute 5K
• Run a sub-42 minute 10K
• Climb 2,000 floors on a stairmaster in 8 hours

With over 20 years of weight training, elite physical standards, and deep mental resilience, Connor brings that same intensity, focus, and winning mentality to everyone who trains with StudClub.

He doesn’t just train hard — he trains to win. And he’s here to help others do the same.

Brandon Henderson

• Level 3 Personal Trainer
• Level 2 Fitness Instructor
• Level 2 Boxing Coach
• Over 6 months sober

Brandon found himself later in life — with no support system, no guidance, and no clear direction. But through training, he built himself from the ground up — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Now, Brandon is a machine. With over 10 years of training, his highlights include:

• A 100km run completed in one day
• A 1:30 half marathon
• Competitive amateur boxing experience
• Certified Level 2 boxing coach

He trains with grit, hunger, and full commitment — and his mission is to help others unlock that same strength within themselves.

Together, Connor and Brandon lead the StudClub assault course. Their competitive edge, relentless standards, and unbreakable bond built through fitness make them the ultimate leaders for this movement.
